EU Marrakesh Plan: EU States Make Their NWO Conspiracy/Treason against Europeans Public – UN Replacement Migration

Time and again one is accused of “conspiracy theory” when one speaks of the New World Order (NWO) of the City of London.
The following as well as the 300th Anniversary Celebration of Freemasonry at the Royal Albert Hall in London prove  the theory of Lucifer’s treachery conspiracy and practiceagainst humanity.

Pravda 11. Juli 2018: The axis of good has recently pointed out that in her last days, Merkel still wants to create many immigrants that are as non-integrable as possible to Germany.
This would bring her closer to her goal of making locals a minority and thus removing the resistance to the creation of the United States of Europe.

But Merkel is not alone. Michael Klein and Hadmut Danisch are currently pointing out that EU foreign ministers had agreed with several representatives of African states on 2 May this year to bring up to 300 million Africans to EU-ropa by 2068. That would be more than half of the 511 million inhabitants so far.

WE , Ministers of Foreign Affairs, of the Interior, of Integration, in charge of Migration and high representatives of the following countries:, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BENIN, BULGARIA, BURKINA FASO,CABO VERDE, CAMEROON, CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC, CHAD, CONGO, CÔTE D’IVOIRE, CROATIA,CYPRUS, CZECH REPUBLIC, DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO, DENMARK, EQUATORIALGUINEA, ESTONIA, FIN LAND, FRANCE, GABON, GAMBIA, GERMANY, GHANA, GREECE, GUINEA,GUINEA-BISSAU, IRELAND, ITALY, LATVIA, LIBERIA, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBOURG, MALI, MALTA, MAURITANIA, MOROCCO, NETHERLANDS, NIGER, NIGERIA, NORWAY, POLAND, PORTUGAL, ROMANIA, SÃO TOMÉ AND PRÍNCIPE, SENEGAL, SIERRA LEONE, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, SPAIN, SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND, TOGO, TUNISIA and UNITED KINGDOM; High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and European Commissioner for Migration,  Home Affairs and Citizenship; and high representatives of the Economic Community of West African States Commission;and Algeria and Libya as observer countries………………………….

AGREEto align the said Programme with the five domains of the JVAP in order to maintain coherence and complementarity with it:

Domain 1:Development benefits of migration and addressing root causes of irregular migration and forced displacement;
Domain 2: Legal migration and mobility;
Domain 3: Protection and asylum;
Domain 4: Prevention of and fight against irregular migration, migrant smuggling and trafficking in human beings;
Domain 5: Return, readmission and reintegration;

AGREE equall y to effectively implement, in abalanced way, the Action Plan which is thus adopted by incorporating the following cross cutting priorities:

1. A human rights based approach: the implemented actions will contributee to fully respecting the human rights and dignity of refugees and migrants, irrespective of their migration status;
2. Particular attention will be paid to the issues of gender and the protection of migrants in vulnerable situations including, in particular, women and children;
3. Increased attention to the fight against xenophobia, racism and discrimination : the partners will undertake efforts to combat these phenomena , and to promote a balanced narra tive on migration and diaspora , based on facts and highlighting the  positive contribution to the development of societies in countries of origin, transit and destination;
4.A regional approach: the identification, formulation and execution of actions will take into account local and regional specificities.
5.An inclusive and multi- stakeholder approach : in their interventions, the partners will seek to involve all the actors under the coordination of the national authorities (regional organisations, loc al authorities, traditional and customary authorities, representatives of civil society and migrant and refugee communities, social partners, the private sector, the media and academia) as well as relevant International Organisations, to ensure coordinated and orderly management of all dimensions of the migratory phenomenon.

6. Particular attention to the collection, analysis and sharing of disaggregated data: among the activities envisaged, thepartners will endeavour to identify existing initiatives and studies, to share migration data and will undertake , if necessary, specific studies foroperational purposes at national or regional levels. The data and information obtained will feed into and contribute to migration policy making processes;

Then follow elaborations on these items: Human rights above all, return of migrants on the non-refoulement basis: mainly voluntary return (with a bag of money).

This deal secures practically free and safe emigration of Africans to Europe – reducing illegitimate migrations by converting them into safely transported legal migrants for the benefit of Europe and its industries!

Here an excerpt by Hadmut Danisch

The consequence is the EU´s long-planned import of 56 Subsaharan Africans + their big families by 2050 (The Sunday Express 11 October 2008)  – stated as EURAFRICA with 200 mio. African immigrants over the next 30 years by Rothschild stooge President Macron of France – a result of the the 130 year-old  “Interparlamentary Union” (Video below) to dismantle nation states. Its biggest achievements were the EU and the Euromediterranean Process 1995/Union for the Mediterranean 2008.

The Schweizer Morgenpost 6 July 2018   will know that this new policy ist to bring 200-300 mio Africans to Europe by 2068 – which matches Pres. Macron´s sick Rothschild plan (above)

Pravda 30. Aug. 2018.Masonic meeting in Lecce: Highest representative of European high grades: Freemasons dictate mass immigration. (see Press Communique below).
The future is already setIt is now a question of accepting, and of having the opportunity to “organize” them, or to miss this opportunity (EU paper proves that it was never about “refugees” but a planned “resettlement”). See UN´s Replacement policy mass migration into Europe.

Behind the mass immigra-tion to Europe is a Merkel-based plan of “inter-national powers” to exchange European peoples,destroy Christi-anity and promote the United States of Europe. This was said by Mgr. Athanasius Schneider, one of the most distinguished bishops of the Catholic Church.

It was Louis Rothschild/Max Warburg funded occult Count Richard Coudenhove Khalergi, the founder  of the Paneuropean  Union and one of the EU pioneers, who said: “The man of the future will be a mongrel. Today’s races and classes will disappear owing to the disappearing of space, time, and prejudice. The Eurasian-Negroid race of the future, similar in its outward appearance to the Ancient Egyptians, will replace the diversity of peoples .

Former EU Commissioner, Bilderberger and Trilateral Commissioner, Adviser to the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, CEO and and board member of Rothschild´s Goldman Sachs  Peter Sutherland:  “The EU should do their best toundermine member countriesby refugees/free immigration“!

Replacement Migration:
Is It a Solution to Declining and Ageing Populations?

United Nations projections indicate that over the next 50 years, the populations of virtually all countries of Europe as well as Japan will face population decline and population ageing. The new challenges of declining and ageing populations will require comprehensive reassessments of many established policies and programmes, including those relating to international migration.

Focusing on these two striking and critical population trends, the report considers replacement migration for eight low-fertility countries (France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Russian Federation, United Kingdom and United States) and two regions (Europe and the European Union). Replacement migration refers to the international migration that a country would need to offset population decline and population ageing resulting from low fertility and mortality rates.
